Organisation Fields

Both the Create Organisation and Edit Organisation screens share a common set of input fields.

Each field is subject to validation, to prevent invalid information from being saved.

Organisation Information

These fields are described in detail in the following table:

Field Required Description
Organisation Name Mandatory The name of the organisation
Address Line 1 Mandatory Primary address information for the organisation. This line may include street name and number or post office box information.
Address Line 2 Optional Primary address information for the organisation. This line may include suburb information.
City Mandatory The city that the organisation is located in.
Postcode Optional The postcode associated with the provided address information.
Phone Number Mandatory A contact telephone number for the organisation.

 

Organisation Contact Information

The Organisation Contact Information appears differently on the Create Organisation and Edit Organisation screens.

When creating a new organisation a default administration user is required for the organisation, so sufficient information must be provided in order to create the new user account.

These fields are described in detail in the following table:

Field Required Description
Contact Name Mandatory The first name and the last name of the primary point of contact within the organisation. This person will have administrative access to the application.
Email Mandatory An email address that is regularly monitored by the organisation contact. This email address will also be entered on the Login screen, with an associated password, to grant access to the application.
Password Mandatory The password that the organisation contact will enter to access the application via the login screen.

When editing an organisation, the Organisation Contact can only be a user within the organisation that has Organisation Administration permissions for the application. A dropdown list that includes only users that meet this criteria is provided:
