Concurrent Login

The application does not permit two concurrent logins with the same username and password. In the event that a second login is attempted, the first session will immediately expire and the second login will be permitted to access the application.

If there is a user active in the first session that has been expired, when they attempt to navigate away from the currently loaded page they will see the following error message:

You have been logged out, to login again Click Here

Access Denied

Access within the application is determined by the role of the user. Super User will have access to all areas, Organisation Administrators will have access to a subset of functionality and General Users will be limited even further.

In the event that a page is accessed by a user without sufficient permissions to view it an Access Denied message is displayed, as below:
